@Justin R. there is focus on sprawl and in-fill building...nothing in this city will ever crest 40-50 stories I can guarantee every new development is mixed use...and developers are reclaiming thousands of acres of corn field for ****** one-off residential developments for the lamest buyers in the market to call home...multi-prong approach of intentional underbuilding and constant fights with the locals who want neighborhoods to stay stagnant.

@Brandon Sturgill you brought some really Important points that I did not think before. using having Move in/ Move out checklist helps but to address tenant needs we personally want our tenants to be happy so will communicate with them on that. just discovered Buildium, looks this Platform is solid and far better than Zillow RM. it has a feature to add local handyman, Repairs ticket, status track, Community wall to notify all tenants and much more. i will see if anyone had any success stories using these Platforms. 

That is definitely a wild story, it's good to hear that no one was hurt.

There are two buildings on the property, the 2 story main house and a duplex-type building in the back.

Sure there are occasional success stories, but they are 1 in a million....just my .02
