Houses sell relatively quickly and rentals are rented before they hit the market.  

I had a house with a garage full of termite damage that was found.

Turns out the structure is significantly older (1930's) than the main house - this was not disclosed - and it ended up needing more like $55k of work done.

I brought a friend who had some knowledge of real estate investing and we walked through a few houses before this one screamed that it was the perfect house.

However, I have a feeling that is not the case here.The only other exception i can see if you request that you want to see the performance of each specific unit.The next question would be since you already had a couple of multi-family houses, how did your CPA classify them on the tax return?

This was the first successful commercial conversion project to be turned into workforce housing right here on Hilton Head.

Many people were more worried about keeping their house than going on vacation.  

I’m purchasing a house to flip in Tennessee and I have a partner who will be funding the purchase of the property who lives in Florida.

The investor may even loose their cash input and the owner sues for fraud and they get the house back, now their arears paid off.
