Would you be interested in a house hack type of property?

Hi My house in PA was built by builder in 2022 n sold by Builder in April 2022.However the mls is now showing as 2021 as year built .

It is possible to self manage since this is only few miles from my house however I did want to account for PM fees in case I needed someone else to manage. 

In some cases, the house came back to them.

I responded to her FSBO ad and made my offer which she happily accepted: a 36 month lease option; I'll bring her mortgage current, (1 month, $800), and continue making the monthly payments; option to purchase price of $88K, (my estimate of value, $100K); and I had the right to buy, sell, sublet, or assign the property at any time during the 36 months.

This is going to be my first property I am purchasing and I am looking to house hack by buying a multi-family with 5% down. 

Assuming that I left the whole area open like a beach house, the impact is VERY minimal, but has to be checked. 

I’ve been looking around and the areas that I like, I can’t afford a house.
