My plan for investing is to buy and hold single family homes.  

I'm going to share this post with a friend of mine looking to invest in a buy and hold in your area.

The key is simply act ethically and professionally in everything you do, disclose anything that needs to be disclosed, and hold yourself to a higher standard than even the public would hold you to, and you will be fine. 

This would be my 2nd buy and hold but my first commercial multifamily investment property so I want to make sure I'm flushing this deal out fully. 

I have tried the numbers that way, but it does not seem to hold up. 

Is there a better strategy for buy-and-hold vs. flipping?

My plans are to start my real estate investing career over there, where I will buy my first multi-family, buy and hold properties etc. 

Most millennials are ditching the suburbs for the city lifestyle, so it would certainly be more lucrative to have a buy and hold there.

I'm leaning more towards buying and hominid route vs flipping however I am curious if flipping would be a good way to build up capital for my first property to buy and hold again any and all advice is greatly appreciated Thank you in advance
