Don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything!

Lessons Learned:1)  Build some experience before the “hard pitch” to accredited investors, but don’t hesitate to “soft pitch” and feel out some potential investors before you are officially up and running.

Never hesitate to ask any questions here.

So as a homeowner I would be hesitant to buy in Chicago knowing that even after I pay my home off I will have a significant tax bourden which continues to rise.

He seems hesitant for 39 since he wants out and he sees the progress.
