They are entities, not individuals and their asset managers handle thousands or hundreds of these at a time.

Carlos,When you change the title vesting on your investment property from owner/personal to LLC it is easy and quick. 

You may also want to ask them to cross-collateralize another property or give you a personal guarantee to further protect you.
