Probably residual..there were a lot of foreclosures the banks held back..One house in my market sitting last 2 yrs..cut grass, etc...

One reason was because I wanted to see what the Feds were going to do with interest rates since I will need to open a HELOC to afford a down payment but mostly I just crumbled on the whole thought of getting into something bigger than I am.I have done months of research and am currently taking real estate classes to get my license in Arizona but for some reason it was scary pulling the trigger.

my father rents year round to a family of mexican americans in south jersey. in the summer, we got a call from one of the neighbors that at 11pm there was 66 people in the backyard that consists of just a deck and a small grass patch. yes, she counted 66.

I screwed up on this a few times and had mechanics liens filed for multiple properties until I got fed up and made it a part of the system.

The grass aint always greener.....I would ask her/him if there are any updates you need to be considering.

The FED has been talking higher rates for a while.

Most of his jobs are cutting grass.  

i just got back from taking a walk around the property Outside seems to be in Good shape ,Heck even the grass had been mowed I peeked inside a few windows ,did not see any major issues .

Property management -> I’m estimating a minimum 9 – 12 %.Will you be out sourcing the grass and snow removal?

My mom, fed up with the situation gave my brother a chance to buy the property what she had left on the mortgage.
