I currently live in East Lansing where I attended and graduated from Michigan State University - home of the 2014 Rose Bowl Champs!!!

If there is anything that I could assist anyone with in my real estate journey that will school me at the same time feel free to let me in on it.

Would you start nursing after one month of schooling or start building furniture with only one month of education?

As for GPA's I graduated from Cal State Fullerton so I'm only barely literate and no intellectual threat to anyone here or elsewhere.I'm on your side regarding the subject property price point.

In several cases, the numbers looked good on paper, but once you jumped in and did more research, you realized that the ARVs being suggested by the wholesaler weren't accurate (house was in a flood zone or just over the border in a worse school district) or the rehab estimates provided by the wholesaler was off by just enough to make the deal less than appealing.

I graduated from RIT 3 months ago and am planning to buy my first rental property in Clifford Ave.

There are friends, schools, athletics, grandparents, etc. all things that parents have to consider when they decide that they are going to move.

So the only way I can get this property paid off before all three of my elementary school kids are graduated from college is to sell the property and take my captial gains.What would you do?
