If you choose to buy a residence first I would try to hold out for at least a duplex.

Also, trying to define how and when the word turnkey is used here on BP is like trying to get a picture of Bigfoot.

They definitely dropped the ball and Scott has worked hard to try and remedy the sutuation, although their loan structures changed in the middle.of my deal, and theres not much that can be done now.
