Hello BP community,I am a new landlord and I recently rented out one of my properties in Houston to a family of 4.

I have been self-managing my other property for the past decade, with the caveat of it being 30 miles from where I live.Now, I plan to do so with this property, albeit from a distance of 200 odd miles.

I will soon be purchasing my first property with a self-directed IRA. 

Hi all, Wanting some advise on a situation my company is currently dealing with.We purchased a 70+ property portfolio in Houston in the year 2022.

I'm an independent agent (representing dozens of companies) including Steadily and would have no problem insuring my own property with them.  

I presently have a few multifamily properties in Philly.

I have helped a lot of out of state investors purchase properties for 50,000 here that rent for $800 to $850Good property management as well we can get you hooked up with.

I focus on Columbus, Ohio, which has seen significant growth, especially with tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up operations, driving up property prices and job opportunities.

I would prefer something that is syndication of rental listings only vs property management software as well.Thank youJohn
