I was not looking specifically in Federal Hill but I would imagine you would see similar numbers for 3- and 4-family properties there.If you find properties that you would have liked but you missed them (i.e. they already sold), sometimes you can pull up the old listing description with the rents and use a standard operating expense ratio to calculate the cap rate of those sales/properties yourself, and thereby derive your own market cap rate for the types of properties you’re interested in.
