It does not seem to, but a couple properties have significant amounts owed to an individual through an Assignment of Rents document and I just want to get another set of eyes on this to make sure I'm interpreting this correctly.The deed conveys title to the purchaser free of all encumbrances of any kind existing before the sale, except:(a) Any lien for installments of taxes and special assessments, that installments will become payable upon the secured roll after the time of the sale.

It is all based on the contacts and experience that you have to make your investment a success.

FMR's are not guarantees and they are going to base the actual rent on the market rents.

You may also be eligible for state tax credits based on state, filing type, etc.

Credit limits are based on past purchase history.

Dirt road wont cut it.. you will need at the very least gravel and depending on soil type you may need to put down big rock first like 3 inch then build a base of 1 inch minus on top of it so you dont sink.
