Most of the retailers and big box stores are minimum wage employees, possibly being paid commission, who are by no means experts and just want you to just buy a product or buy a product so their commission is higher.

AFter learning about this here on BP a few years ago I spoke with @Dave Foster and immediately knew that was the best option for deferring tax.

Remember...this is a business and your tenants are your employees.

If you call closer to 4pm it seems like the competency level of their front line phone employees goes way way down.

They pay a mandatory cleaning fee because their employee typically won't clean because they aren't responsible for the bill;A CEO/CFO/President or some other responsible person puts their application in so we have an individual to pursue if there's a problem.

One of my former neighbors in San Jose (of the Greatest Generation) retired in place using the long-term care coverage he had as a World War II veteran and retired worker of a company that offered such a plan as an employee perk.
