I have finally acquired 10 rentals.

He finally got back to me and told me it would be $5,000 to complete my S-Corp Return and my personal return.

and thanks for the offer with the credit help, but we've finally got it under control and should be where we want to be very soon.

Finally, there is me, I'm a Realtor and the deal finder.

There were a lot of challenges to getting the land purchased but we are finally clear to close.
