Just wanted to some advice on our final inspection and how you would charge.

I want to buy a house at $150,000. lets say, thats after all the closing cost are done and this is the final price, we put 50k down and are now paying off 100k. 3 bedroom house and 3 baths, we rent out the 2 rooms for 700 each, how can this build me equity and what would be your next step to buy the next house to build more cash flow? 

So as much as I didn't like the answer, I must admit I was wrong, and in the past I have done it one other time where I provided a tenant's electric account number to receive a credit to the final cost of the system. 

The city has finally agreed (been working on this for years) to vacate some square footage to the side of me and am getting close to finalizing that (should be within the next month). 

My follow-on question to the community is would it be worth getting an appraisal per property before acquisition?

It usually takes 48 hrs - 72hrs to get a response from them, then some negotiation via the realtors and once there is verbal approval, they send the final contracts for signature.

My goal is 3 acquisitions one at a time.
