You started investing just prior to Covid -- these numbers (and the bubble nature of irresponsible FED/Administration choices in the prior 2 yrs) lead to the market run-up, not fundamental company health conditions. 

Mold is particularly egregious as it can cause health problems, especially in young children.An earthy, stale, and musty odour emanating from a house may signify mold or mildew.

Situation: Current tenant says board of health was called because department of child services was called from ex boyfriend who said my apartment is not safe for a child to live in.Results: I received a list in the mail of things that needed to get fixed.

There is an uphill curve for a new operator that does not understand all the permits, health department criteria, county and city requirements to get approved for opening.

I'd continue to make $$ to add to that cash pile you've already got, and wait till there is a bit more certainty with the external variables (health & safety) in such an odd market we have today.

Why would China or any other country want to hold dollars when the dollar is losing value right before their eyesThat doesn't even account for the trillions of dollars that "free" health care and 'cap and trade' will cost.

This is NOT about CO2 any more than health care reform is about health care!

There are also other health care agencies that might be more profitable.
