Unless you seriously damaged the walls (even leaving small holes from pictures is considered normal wear and tear in my states), it's my experience that it is extremely difficult for a landlord to collect on painting.  

I mean living somewhere is a need but you could possibly do it for free or extremely discounted. i hope this helps.

In some local areas, they can be extremely strict with how and when to serve the notice to increase, like in BC Canada.

I'm sure the judge is seeing thousands of claims for roofing right now knowing there was extreme winds a few months ago and everybody wants someone other than themselves responsible.Also, all she is talking about is putting liens on my properties.

What I am looking for here is that I have been extremely frugal living carefully saving and have amassed a pretty sizable nest egg along with some other investments.

My PM manager Stephanie Devine has been extremely kind and is a pleasure to work with.

So I'm gathering that as an investor, it would be extremely useful to have an agent in your back pocket.. i.e. one who basically works for you with the interest of building his and your portfolio, and who is also your roomate.

Also going to local REIC (real estate investors clubs) to be extremely helpful!!
