You stated you read every article and watched all the Youtube videos but joined the forum yesterday and then want to know why people are questioning whether you can pull off a multi-million wholesale deal that many experienced wholesalers wouldn't be able to pull off.If you have acquired that much knowledge from your studies, it seems the questions you're asking would have been covered and leaves readers wondering if you have a clue as to what you're doing.The members that responded each have thousands of posts and have been on here a long time so don't prematurely discard their comments as not being valid.

We had a question related to entry system (gate ect…) and I figured this forum could provide some experienced insight.

Find the deal and partner with experts who have credibility (other experienced investors, lenders, agents and/or attorneys).

., creating a criteria, studying a market, making connections in market (realtors, lenders, etc) and I've determined I still need about six months of saving/paying off debt before we are really to purchasein the meantime I do not want to just sit on my hands. is there anything i can do to provide value to any experienced investors (bird dog, etc)?

I guess I'm looking for what approach an experienced investor would do in my situation, or if I should wait and just continue to build my knowledge until I'm out of school.Looking forward to responses!

There, you can meet syndicators, potential partners, investors, mentors, and just pick the brains of more experienced investors who have been in your shoes.

With your connections you would be an ideal bird dog or gopher for an experienced investor who needs to get permits dropped off and more.

(I am just asking since I have not managed to get a deal that good, and would like to learn/gain some new perspective from more experienced ppl, like how much cash-flow are those deals, how much downpayment/initial cost, how much monhtly estimated expense, etc)
