the no money down hype may be applicable in some situations. but i don't think its something a newbie should be expecting.. especially with challenged credit..

After I go to my first training, if it is everything that I expect it to be, I plan on taking 6 couples 3 times a year, at my expense.I'll keep you posted.

When I meet an agent for the first time I tell him or her what my expectations are insofar as service and timeliness of response.

I too expect the same.

This is an old thread but I have a new question...our lease says all appliances are at the convenience of the tenants BUT of course, the most recent tenants expected us to repair them.
