I'd like to thank everyone for the advice as well as for everyone's understanding of the situation.

Assigning a Contract to a new buyer can be one of the easiest ways to make a quick profit on a house that you can get below value and flip to an end buyer.But.... the biggest problem with this is that everyone could end up seeing your profit at the closing table.
