@Parris Edwards I read Brandon Turner's book, How We Bought a 24-Unit Apartment Building for (Almost) No Money Down ($0.99 on Amazon) and it's a basic instructional guide that buying a multi-family property is possible using the same type of creative financing for buying a single family home.I'm almost done with reading How to Make Big Money in Small Apartments by Lance Edwards ($0.99 on Amazon) and this book focuses on using creative financing for multifamily property and building passive income.I've highlighted quite a bit in this book and it's encouraging to know that this too, is a way to successfully build passive income and grow a rental portfolio, something that I will endeavor to accomplish.I'm sure that you will hear from some people here on BP who are successfully buying/investing in multifamily real estate.
