Their website, communication, and online portals are usually garbage, and when I have 40 documents to submit each closing, it drives me up a wall to send 100 emails back and forth.

Good news is there's several ways and locations/markets to acquire your first rental in NJ.

Very sad news but Gene Guarino, who owns and runs this program, passed away just last week.

I have heard that it is possible to get qualified by a lender for an investment property with the tenants documents.

This will document the condition much better than any paper MoveIn Checklist (still do that in case you lose/corrupt video).
