I got so enraged over their behavior (long story) that I ended up putting up a web page devoted to all the crap we had to deal with from them.

If it’s a scam you will probably find a lot of complaints and or nothing at all about them. 

Big up front fees are often a sign of a scam.  

I want to make sure I’m not being scammed since I’m aware that there are alot of funding scammers out there.
