i.e. framing new closet doors in the bedrooms, to 60" width, which is all fine and good, except that he didn't take into account the trim, and I had to make some custom barn style sliding doors.The probate was a deal that our agent had in the pipeline from January till June, they just hadn't cleaned the house up, nor taken it through probate by the time we looked at it.Best of luck to you on your flip!  

I figure you would rather keep your costs secret, given you plan on build to sell and dont need all you customer questioning things.

I have done a bunch of business with mine and they know I'm a repeat customer.

Investor Carrot is a great website platform designed and tested entirely to convert and capture leads way better than any cheapo (or in some cases custom built) websites out there.

You would still be on the "moral high ground" and saving your customers money at the same time.

It is YOUR hard work and dedication that will make you rich or not.

Their customer service is responsive but not always helpful.I use quantum digital to mail small lists but their website makes me want to pull my hair out and I believe they are slightly overpriced. 

Ideally, I would like to find a way (on Amazon / Home Depot / ... ) to create custom 'carts' that would work like templates.

There are online applicants that you are able to customize and ask additional questions that make that easier on you.
