Granted the patio was not intended to be a dive platform but to have such a beam on two 2x2 end posts is crazy.Here is a picture of the 2”x2” post (same size post on the other side) with my finger as size reference and the 4”x14”x23’ beam (to be replaced by 10”x10” 900 lb beam) that was using it.I am glad this repair was needed as those posts are dangerous.

There is far too much fraud going on out there still and it is a very dangerous place to get involved if you don't know what you are doing.I have done a lot of private investing in the past and got taken on a lot of money with the fraud that happened in 2007 and I knew what I was doing.
