I would classify the neighborhood as upper-middle class, and it doesn't appear like there are a lot of renters in the immediate area, so I am unsure if there really is a market for it (although, again, it's a very desirable location).

These stores and restaurants can not get enough employees for the demand and are hiring.Many of these jobs are very low risk to virus exposure, eg. the pizza cook never sees the customers, puts the pizza into a box and slides it over the counter to a person with gloves and face shield who takes it to someone's car.

Printing 2.3 trillion dollars to keep the prices from dropping may not allow any discount at all for slow moving real estate, but what was the discount level for Houston real estate in 2009, just so that we can benchmark and evaluate which asset class will give better ROI.
