You can even have payments made to them and they charge you $20 a month and they will escrow the whole deal for you.

I've even had the inspector come out free of charge to talk plans...maybe it was just my luck depending on the inspector though. six one six, four 5 six, 4100 for the city.

@Frank SanchezIf your wife wants a Conventional mortgage, she will need to be in title 6 months before she can do the mortgage since this would be considered a cash out refi.
