Hello everyone, I am in the learning and growth phase of my business and I I'm looking to network with some Great people to bounce ideas and come up with ways to help each other achieve success.

I’m on the side of constructing multifamily properties as many that will fit but dad wants to test the idea of a trailer park.

Is this a smarter way to get into the business and grow from there?

The growth now will be in the ancillary businesses moving to the metro to support Tesla and other tech-focused manufacturers.

I have a painting business and my partner has a construction business in nyc and we've already been doing jobs in CT. as for time I have loads of time on my hands and I am pretty handy my self.
