As I'm sure you know, inventory is low and prices are high in Seattle and my company has access to a fair amount of pre-market listings!

As I am getting ducks in a row for her move out the bank calls to say they inadvertently gave her access to the escrow account.

*If they bought our land and house they would gain:plenty of frontage closer to the site..easy access for water, electric..If they want to run it.

When answering questions if one really didn't like a tenant and goes to far in explaining issues...like she constantly had different men over, it was noisy and who knows what was going on in that unit...even if true...that could paint the tenant in a negative way (slutty) and come back to haunt someone if the tenant found out and wanted to sue. 

I also have access to a few investment properties in MD, FL & CA.
