I owned a hard money lending company for 10 years that we built from the ground up.

There are full custodial plans and checkbook plans as I mentioned and either of these can be set up with companies that act as plan document provider.   

I believe I need to start in New York, but does anybody have any recommendations for which company to sign with?

Some landlords are very successful.

In order to compare them apples to apples, I'm planning to review them and also talk to the insurance agent of all three companies.
