Getting caught up in routines that don't yield results is easy, so this is a great reminder.I also love the idea of connecting with someone locally and getting hands-on with their projects.

They dont always tell you this, but you'll find out once you start conversations.I went through this about 3 months ago, and so many banks passed me up.

Also, depending on the lease, it may already be rewritten up to have it continue on as month-to-month (or week-to-week). 

The key would be to properly line up a plan (Scope of work, contractor, exit numbers)!
