They are very helpful on the phone and online chat to get you bulk pricing and to help you find the right product offering.I use their Property V4 Web API where I am able to send the addresses problematically then get the full deed and mortgage history returned, but that's probably way too complicated of a setup for just 1k properties.

Without knowing numbers I would imagine if they improved their building a little bit I'm sure they could command higher rents so see if you can chat with him about that. 

I have this chat with investors several times a week (@Bryan Malone can tell you about it lol) and that size of building, 4-8 unit, can be found just about anywhere in town, so it's a great size to start out.
