I am looking to hire a CPA to help me with my SDIRA and make sure what i am doing is correcte.

I just purchased my first live in flip and hired a guy how does floor...and so i thought.

In my opinion it is worth spending the money to hire the professionals both from a liability and headache saving perspective.

We ended up hiring a local GC to finish, and will be using him in future projects, helping us scale and not be restricted only to our market in the long run.

Appraiser hired by my ex’s attorney came in at $205k.

So this year I hired a very expensive CPA.

As many agents are not familiar with 1031 exchanges, I think that hiring a 3rd party expert is definitely the right move. 

As of now I don't think I'm going to hire a property manager since it's just one property so I've been looking into software to streamline the whole process of managing a property.

I decided that I was going to do as much work myself as I could, and that I would also hire my wife's coworker, who had experience remodeling homes, to help facilitate the work that I wouldn't be able to do on my own.
