In my experience, most of the foreclosed owners cooperate or at least engage in some sort of discussion with the new purchasers to figure out a dignified exit or perhaps a negotiated cash for keys scenario.With the recent purchase, I left various messages and posted letters at the front door asking for a call back to discuss the living arrangement.

Monthly 1 year rental history is $4,200 per month with leases in place at this same rate carrying through next May.Looking to completer the BRRRR and do a cashout refi and the bank who I have the $271k loan with said they could not do a cash out refi2 j as I don't have a traditional W2 job currently and my 2020 taxes show my investment properties as operating as losses (I have 4).

I would actually have to say that this is a case by case basis and if your tenant lease is already ending, there are several peaceful ways to have the tenant move upon the sale of the hone without having to carry the cost of the home for even a month while it sells.

I noticed that the payment was never pulled and on my mortgage portal it says "Payment Date: Servicing Transferred" There is a notification that says "Please refer to your servicing transfer letter for more details."
