You need to be mentally prepared for those first steps and a couple years after.

I would look into short and midterm rental for a few of the units and see if you could boost the monthly income that way.

Nothing will boost your wealth farther or faster.

So It wouldn't surprise me if they did to boost enrollment in an otherwise smaller community.
