I am currently PCSing with the navy and was wondering if it is good for H&R block to do my taxes for my investment properites in florida or should I try to track down a cpa?

We found that it does not do a good job accounting for hosts that block dates vs actual booked dates, and I don't think it accounts for direct bookings at all.

There are times where I come up to a road block as my knowledge to this field is limited.

Are there any other two-level homes on your block that house 5 beds & 4 baths? 

After all due diligence was done and it was structurally inspected, we had the foundation beams totally replaced, the concrete blocks repaired and perimeter mudjacked.

We totally replaced the supporting cellar beams, repaired the support blocks and mudjacked the perimeter.

Good morning Drew, I second what Joshua mentioned about Real Estate agents.A good agent that has been around the block knows the good GC that will help you.They may be booked up for a bit, so to land one you need to have money ready toroll.

I see have seen 5 properties in the last year with in a couple blocks of my home, construct new triplexes so I know its lucrative.

In fact, this fella with the thick black coat has his sights set on properties in the 5200 block of College View Avenue in Eagle Rock, but hasn’t bothered to contact the owners or Realtors yet (Thank God!).
