Basements compensate for smaller bedrooms, for less bathrooms etc.....but no basement is a price reduction 

It’s 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

He sued me negligence, Retaliation and body injured.The timeline is as the following:Feb 26, 2019, he complained bathroom water dripping to downstair and rats crawling noise in the wall.March 3, 2019, he complained about the hot water heater issue.1.

In the past 10 months of living here we redid the floors, created a master bathroom and walk in closet, redid the siding, built a shed, painted and landscaped.

The mid-century look is popular still and super cool.I would focus my efforts on adding a bedroom and bathroom downstairs.

Concern: bathroom is epic small.

Hair dryers in every bathroom.

It also allows us to put nicer amenities into the properties (i.e. update kitchen, update appliances, update bathroom, etc.).

Renovation of both Units (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Windows, etc) and a facelift to the exterior of the property.
