.* Having their Option able to be "marketed and sold" by TBers at their own expense if there is either a family emergency or job transfer (needs to be proven)IMHO, people that 10% into a property will get financed better and easier than No Money Down or 3%.

If the insurance is escrowed you simply set up the new policy with your insurance carrier, naming the trustee and benfeciaries of the trust as they may appear as the insured/loss payee, and of course the existing lender.The insurance company will send info to the lender, and get paid.

Looks like Caitlyn has shot down ever single attempted explanation of how to buy, fix, and re-sell a property within 90 days.I posted this topic in hopes to find an answer, and it appears that we are left with NONE so far.I certainly hope we can make some progress here, as we ALL are in need of lenders willing to ignore (for lack of a better word) a seasoning issue.
