All of my rentals are stuck using Louisiana Citizens Insurance (state sponsored and 3x what I was paying before the insurance companies all either pulled out or went bankrupt).

It should only take you about a month or two to contact everyone on your list and then the tough part – you start all over again.Why the repetition?

Remember, caveat emptor on all real estate transactions. 

I have included a slide on cost segregation analysis and how our interior design work can help to support with the owner's material participation hours and furnishing, upgrades to the property, including landscaping can all factor into that analysis. 

So, here I am trying to figure out if this is true or not and what have you all done, if you own an STR property which is like a log cabin.

All of this is necessary before looking at properties because you need to know how much you can borrow, how much you need to put down, and approximately how much you will make from each potential rental.  

There are very few claims against title insurance, but this might be the kind of property that could generate one.The sheriff sale should extinguish all of the liens.
