Would a renter pay up for internet and or clubhouse access included?

Being based in San Francisco/ East Bay, we also like the proximity for us in that we can easily access our properties and meet w/ agents, property managers, and contractors.

I appreciate the opportunity to access a community such as this and I look forward to learning as much as I can.

I know some benefits would be access to mls and agent fees.

Is paying some monthly fee good enough for access to MLS data without being on a conflicting situation where it feels like investors are wasting your time?
