That attorney said I needed a RE, I have read from some other people on here and some YouTube videos from others that some attorney's just don't understand it or something along those lines..maybe they're not comfortable with it etc...So, I'm ready to start finding my buyers and sellers but I don't know how to find an attorney that I can work with.I don't want anything to come back on me if I make these deals without getting cleared from a lawyer any insight would be great!
