Howdy my name is Marcus I’m looking to get into real estate I watch tons and tons of YouTube videos on it and read basically the Bible of investing in real estate Rich Dad Poor Dad but I don’t think anything beats a real person to ask questions and get feed back off of so please feel free to msg me any tips or recommendations or anything even say hi

I'm unfortunately overly familiar with the concept of velocity banking and chunking that a lot of garbage financial YouTubers talk about. 

ANYONE can write a BP blog or start a Youtube channel.

I've seen videos on wholesaling on youtube but the majority are trying to get new people to buy courses and probably have them work for them I'm not sure if that's how things are supposed to be so I started going into websites like this seeking help.

You can learn how to do this in threads on BP, youtube, and various other free sources.

It was at first but I quickly found myself putting in a lot of hours to move up (to an editor position) and I'm burning out.I found BP after a youtube binge and was instantly hooked.

My research on the bigger pockets YouTube page, as well as the fact that I may be constantly deployed in the near future, has shown me the value of a strong team, but being a newbie, I am completely lost.

Currently i am studying more about real estates in BP youtube videos and youtubes, and somehow i'm find some trouble when searching real estate groups / community in indonesia to join.

Hi all,New to the website \ forums but have been lurking on Youtube for a while :)I'm in the final stages of closing a deal on our first house - a little over an acre with two single family houses - one to live, one to rent.This property is rare in our area (New Jersey) and it has a lot of vacant land (basically a huge back yard with grass).This will be our first house and I would like to hear some ideas of what to do with all that land (except letting the kid run around), is there a way to generate additional income (I know for sure that I can not built any more livable buildings on the land).Would appreciate any idea!
