The issue now is that most of the banks don't open accounts for russian citizens because of the war (wich I am totally against of ) and I wonder if I can ask the title company on the closing of the deal to send me money via the Western Union or MoneyGram to Spain.

This investor will put an estimated $20,000 into this house and will have an estimated 23K in equity, plus a nice rental.My point is there was a 200 to 1 chance to grab this property, as I had 200 realtor inquiries and one property.Pretty long odds.I'm mostly a land liquidator, and yes I do find deals from Realtors, but I need to make a "ton of offers" to get a deal.As an investor, I do it the old fashioned way too!

In theory that money you received from the government would be worth what you had in gold anyway, so someone who had 2 ounces of gold before "Executive Order 6102" was executed, would have twice the gold-pegged dollars someone who had 1 ounce would get for his gold.In practice it made the government able to manually adjust the value of the dollar, at their whim.About hyperinflation in the dollar, that would mean the collapse of the entire western monetary system, and make China extremely pissed.Hyperinflation also has an interesting effect on people, as seen here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero_stroke

You make the offer, wait on the counter and if it's accepted then you close in a standard fashion at a title company.
