So I'm pretty new to the driving for dollars process and I understand it is different in different cities, so I figured I'd explain what I've done and where I'm confused. 

Driving for dollars seems the most effective as far building a relationship, so i'll be sure to utilize that option as well.

I did drive by the place and found that it is not the greatest part of that neighborhood.

Finding deals in my area requires a lot of marketing and driving for dollars and my time is valuable since I’m currently working and raising a family.
