What type of insurance do I need to get as I will need to evict the person first and then do some rehab to make it a rental?

If you have any real estate friends (anyone who works in real estate) ask them to call a title company they have a relationship with and get a list of these properties - they can run it for you.

About 50% of the states conduct tax sales were they convey title (tax deed states)  other 50% have auctions were they just auction a lien on the property (tax lien states).

Holding costs are things like mortgage payments, taxes, utilities, insurance, HOA fees, and anything else that pops up while you own a home.

Could a father and daughter buy a property and qualify for loan together with shared title.
