Apartment associations likely publish a regular update.

(Today's tenants need LOTS of grounded outlets, and many expect air conditioning or at least nice ceiling fans) Update your cabinets (or faces) and fixtures, the tub and surround (at a minimum reglaze), some paint and floorcovering, and now YOU can expect 20+ years of pretty trouble free service.

If they respond back with an update I will let people know.Any other suggestions out there?

Condos (I think) are different than regular homes b/c you can build a ton of them and they don't take up as much land, while a house price may rise simply b/c the location is good and land is being used up (depending on where you are talking about).I am not looking to make a quick buck flipping the property.

i want a site where the seller, buyer leave there info. also where seller or buyer can leave there email for updates on listings. thanks

We are however mandated by the city to follow codes in reference to updating our buildings(as would other parts of the country).
