I probably can get co-signer for loan too.I’m eager to invest this capital wisely in a rental property.

Has anyone else gone through this exercise and can shed some light on the positive and negative aspects of the different approaches?

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I would not trust AI with anything really important, like writing legal documents or designing a new house.

I’ve looked through ordinance documents for the city and county and haven’t found anything that makes me believe they don’t allow it.  

This appeared to be near or at the municipal connection in the street.
