Also, they are painfully slow to respond and they will always have an excuse as to why they don't have to have someone there for a day when it is critical.

I wanted this to be more of a discussion of how other people proved themselves to banks and how they solved growing pains like this.

Also can take a while to build your team and that can be painful cause you usually find the good ones from dealing with the bad so if you start small with just 1 it will be easier.

There are companies for weather claims that come out right then to land the business.I am not buying what you have said their excuse is.For stress relief I take martial arts and also 4 mile walks with the wife by the park and lake.    

I'd say Shane is right, with #1, stay put and accelerate your payments, and work on refinancing the property so that you can get out of it without a the pain of losing 40k or the huge hit it is going to be to your credit.If your condo is on Rio Del Mar, VBRO (AirBnB, Short term Rental) might definitely be the way to go.
