I think a huge benefit of this forum is the vast knowledge that so many investors bring together that do care, and I value and appreciate the professionalism and mutual respect of the board members. 

There are also brokers that already have national retail contacts.

I don't remember ever seeing a national bank or mortgage co or broker support youth sports or the arts or anything in my community.  

I own a National Franchise PM company but we are local in our market and boots on the ground.

Last year I bought the first turnkey property through my Ohio based LLC.I am looking for lenders who can provide foreign national mortgages to buy or refinance properties on favorable terms.

For example, I'm in California and looking in Ohio or Florida.I got a pre approval in CA, but if I'm looking out of state, should I get a national bank involved or find some local lenders? 

@DA Nguyen Our tourism is driven by the National Park.

I was already pre approved in California, but they don't cover those OOS areas, except for commercial property.Does anyone have a good lender that has more national coverage?
