If I were you, I'd look for a company that has a similar view.

I'd run the numbers for a DSCR cash out refi and compare them next to a HELOC and a HELOAN.

If you have any suggested funding companies for a line of credit, I'd appreciate it.

I'd rather not comment on if you bought the wrong house haha I mean, it's a bit too late for that isn't it?

My parameters are: - STR regulation I can live with (I'd rather have some regulation than no regulation)- Proven vacation destination, preferably in a year-round market- Excellent opportunity for high ROIThe Smokies have been the best place I know of for vacation rental investing. :) 

If you're going to take on someone else's property before having any prior experience, I'd suggest you take a management course of some sorts because there is a lot to know.

Im sure this has been posted before plenty of times, but I just got back into real estate investing, and I am looking for a good website builder option like Carrot, or any other, that you guys can suggest.
